You may select either category, both categories, or neither — and you can submit the form and receive your quote without selecting either one.

Customer Care and Account Notification Messages

If you check the customer care box and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring customer care and informational text messages from Bear Solar Inc. at the number provided about your quote, appointments, proposal, installation, project status, and support, including messages sent using automated technology.

The frequency of these messages varies with your inquiry or project.

Marketing Messages

If you check the separate marketing box and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Bear Solar Inc. at the number provided about solar and battery products, offers, and availability, including messages sent using automated technology.

You will receive up to 4 marketing messages per month in this category.

We send marketing texts only to numbers that gave marketing consent, and customer care texts only to numbers that gave customer care consent. Checking one box never enrolls you in the other category.

6. Google Business Profile Integration

Bear Solar uses an internal marketing tool that connects to Bear Solar’s own Google Business Profile through Google’s official APIs. Access is authorized by a Bear Solar account owner or manager using Google OAuth and is limited to the Bear Solar business listing.

Through this connection, the tool may read and publish content on our own listing — including business information, posts and updates, customer reviews left on our profile, and profile performance statistics — so that we can keep our listing accurate and respond to reviews.

We do not use this connection to collect personal information from visitors to this website, and we do not access the Google account data of consumers. Credentials and access tokens are stored in encrypted form, are restricted to authorized personnel, and are never sold, rented, or transferred.

Bear Solar’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
